All I find on the MAP site is >=500 rating for all the Ultramax II 1.28 gift toilets. Where are you seeing 800 MAP?
Check your flush system. If your toilet only has a double cyclone flush system, then you might have a low MAP score.
Most of the Toto Ultramax II MAP score is 800; if their flush system is Tornado.
