Be nice to see them in stores. We went to Lowes nothing on the floor only on web site. I would have preferred looking at models. I called another store in Clearwater and they took our info but never called back. Is there a authorized dealer in St.Petersburg,FL that carry several models to compare.

  2. All I find on the MAP site is >=500 rating for all the Ultramax II 1.28 gift toilets. Where are you seeing 800 MAP?

Check your flush system. If your toilet only has a double cyclone flush system, then you might have a low MAP score.
Most of the Toto Ultramax II MAP score is 800; if their flush system is Tornado.

The improved version of the double cyclone flush system is the tornado flush system. Instead of 2 nozzles, the tornado flush system lets the water into the bowl through 3 jets positioned sideways around the top of the bowl.
